aDAMANT HARDGOOD WARRANTY and return policy

Adamant skis are warrantied for 2 years from the date of original purchase against manufacturing defects, when purchased from adamantskis.com

    Skis purchased from any other forum, including from ski swaps or sales representatives, or second-hand skis and rental skis being sold, are not covered.

Adamant is responsible for the replacement of any defective product. We are not responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss, misuse or alteration of the product.

Adamant is not responsible for any additional costs incurred through the warranty process, such as the cost of remounting skis, etc.

Please note that any warranty claim submitted without proof of purchase, no matter the defect, may be rejected. Claims should be submitted as soon as the damage is noticed. 

The following damages are excluded from our warranty cover: 

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect or defect/damage caused by improper use or poor maintenance

  • Scratches, chips or damage from ski-to-ski contact on top sheets or bases

  • Damage as a result of falling or use on anything that is not snow

  • Rust, fading or other cosmetic issues arising after having used the skis

  • Improper mounting or adjusting of bindings, including bindings pulling out of the ski. We always recommend that you have your skis mounted at your local ski shop to ensure that it is done correctly/professionally.

PLACING A CLAIM

To start the warranty process, simply email chris@adamantskis.com with picture images of product damage and include product information, how the damage occurred and order confirmation email if you still have it or the # that was written on your product.

Once we have received your emailed warranty request we will get back to you within 3 working days.

We will gladly replace products that meet our warranty requirements. We will also perform factory repairs for some product that does not meet warranty requirements. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your warranty product to be manufactured and shipped.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Adamant gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online on from adamantskis.com, for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Please note that all items that have been altered are final sale. 

Return In-Store:
Orders shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to Adamant Snowsports in Denver, CO for a full refund or exchange, in accordance with our policy.
